Very sad, I know. I got home late last night after the Law Review's AGM and Proofreading dinner. Boring AGM (although we got free beanies), but very good food down at Cafe Italia off Lygon St. And it was paid for by the Review. *smug grin* I caught up with Lauren and Ed and Dan McCredden as well, which was great.

This morning I went to tutoring as usual. Unusually, I only had Elizabeth to take. Very cool, since she's too shy to project much in groups, and so usually misses out on her fair share of attention. It's very easy to give her easy work because she will sit quietly and do it and let you deal with the noisier ones. But we got through a challenging book and did a couple of worksheets. Then I took her and Vicki to the shops and we had ice-cream. :)

After tutoring I got a lift back to the uni from Libby and went up to the labs. Less good news there. Our project supervisor, Anthony, wrote a long and fairly opinionated email about the lack of progress that's happening. I think it's mainly the fact that no one is keeping him informed, actually. And part of it is validating his thesis, so he has given us a ton of help. Was majorly stressed by that, since the thing he's most upset about - the neural networks - is what I've been assigned to fixing for the last couple of weeks. And I deliberately declined any management role in this project. I just didn't want the stress. Although I'm wondering if I should have taken up the reins for everyone's sake, the management seems so bad this year. I guess at least this way I don't get direct blame.

Anyway, Will came to pick me up afterwards and we went down to Juggle Arts, which is on St David St, off Brunswick St, south of Johnston. Lovely place! Trapezes, juggling balls, fire twirling equipment, hula hoops! :) I was even inspired enough to try juggling balls. And I HATE I was very tempted by an LED-lit twirling stick that glowed in the dark. But $95! *shakes head* Must be good and save so that I don't starve on the streets of Toronto. But I will go back there one day, hopefully for a trapeze. Although I should probably take some aerial classes and do more strength work first.

So we went back to Will's place and ah... well, you imagine something nice. That filled up all afternoon. And then I came back here to the labs to finish the NeuralNetWrapper unit test case and spec. Also fixed a bug and did some proofreading. Ah, Will's here. Time to go to home to bed. See you all later.
