Busy weekend

In summary, we were still pretty busy. Saturday morning was Wall-E at the theatre, using vouchers redeemed from my credit card. Saturday afternoon was a gaming session for Eric and afternoon tea and a friend's place for me. We had an interesting discussion about how a bit of Word/Excel knowledge can make one's work much more efficient.
Sunday morning was cleaning and market stuff, plus a whole lot of garden tidy-up. We're due to have an inspection in the near future, both by the landlord and the new agent. Sunday afternoon was a picnic afternoon tea for
17catherines's fourth wedding anniversary. There were fabulous cakes and biscuits. And dip. Very good dip. Then we came home, had a quick nap, and started getting ready for dinner with my parents. The conversation was actually quite good - my parents think we got a great deal on our new house, and Mum's doing a small business course, which I'm naturally fascinated in.
