It was a pretty good weekend, actually.
It rained. This means that I have several hundred litres of lovely rainwater which I can use to water my winter crops. (I feel particularly pretentious for using the word "crop", given that I have a couple of flowerbeds and a multiplying collection of pots. Be that as it may.) I've planted two types of peas (Green Feast and Sugar Snap), a couple of small pots of leek seed, more mâche seed, broccoli, carrots, radishes, silverbeet, coriander, bok choy, arugula/rocket, spinach, chives and oregano. I feel somewhat like an avatar of the earth goddess.
Well, maybe not. Minus the power to cause earthquakes and so on.
PS. The recruitment process feedback seems to be accelerating - another two feedback chats today! Neither were successful, although again, one was pretty close and may result in something later on.
