On the job front

Well, it turns out that I did not get the promotion. And neither am I likely to, since I will always have to compete with external candidates of numerous years of experience. Oh yes, and I need to work on my interview skills.

Methinks it's time to job hunt. I wonder if the carte blanche to go get interview practice was a hidden message to go somewhere else.
