Feeling good

I'm feeling wonderful. The persistent headache that I've had for the last week or so is a dull memory-like echo in the back of my skull. I went to karate last night for the first time in a month. It was absolute torture. I had the stamina and motivation of a limp noodle. But I think I sweated the last of bit sickness out of my body.

I have achy bits that say I've used my muscles recently. I feel good!
